Credits are a prepaid service balance used for video generation. Credits are deducted when you start creating a video. If the video cannot be created, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.

Refunds are requested from the user dashboard and reviewed by an administrator. Eligibility and final refund policy must be replaced with your real commercial terms before launch.

Only upload content you own or are authorized to use. Generated output can contain unexpected artifacts; review it before publishing.
