Do I need to keep the page open?
No. Your video continues generating after you leave the page. We’ll email you when it’s ready, and you can find it in your account.
What photo formats and sizes does makephotovideo accept?
JPG, PNG, WebP files up to 20 MB. Portraits, pets, travel photos and everyday moments work best when the subject is clear and well lit.
What happens if a generation fails?
If your video can’t be created, the credits used for that video are automatically returned to your balance so you can try again. Unused credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a purchase refund from your dashboard. Our team reviews each purchase refund request. If approved, your payment is refunded to your original payment method and the corresponding credits are removed. Credits set aside for a refund are restored if the refund cannot be completed.
